Multiplier (“Multiplier,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides analytics, AI-assisted customer service workflows, and operations tooling for business teams. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use Multiplier or connect your Google account to Multiplier.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

- Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, company name, and role.

- Authentication information needed to let you sign in or connect supported third-party services.

- Customer service and operations data that your organization provides to Multiplier, including conversations, tasks, notes, contacts, and workflow activity.

- Usage and diagnostic information, such as log data, device/browser information, feature usage, errors, and security events.

- Google user data, only when you explicitly authorize Multiplier to access your Google account through Google OAuth.

2. Google User Data

If you choose to connect your Google account, Multiplier may access Google user data only for the features you authorize. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include:

- Basic Google account information, such as your name, email address, and profile picture.

- Gmail or Google Workspace email data, such as message metadata, message content, attachments, contacts, labels, and mailbox activity, if you authorize email-related features.

- Google Calendar data, such as calendars, events, event attendees, and availability, if you authorize calendar-related features.

- Other Google Workspace data only if clearly requested and authorized through the Google OAuth consent screen.

Multiplier uses Google user data only to provide user-facing features, such as account sign-in, email workflow automation, inbox operations, customer service assistance, analytics, task creation, scheduling, and related operational workflows requested by you or your organization.

Multiplier’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Provide, operate, and improve Multiplier.

- Authenticate users and manage access.

- Deliver analytics, customer service workflows, AI-assisted assistance, task management, and operations tooling.

- Sync, display, organize, or process data from services you connect.

- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system performance.

- Protect against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.

- Comply with legal obligations.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Multiplier may use AI-assisted features to summarize, classify, draft, retrieve, or analyze information for customer service and operational workflows. These features are used to provide functionality requested by users or organizations.

We do not use Google Workspace API data to train generalized AI or machine learning models. Where AI service providers are used, they act as service providers or processors for the requested functionality and are not permitted to use your data for their own advertising purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information only as necessary to:

- Provide Multiplier to you and your organization.

- Work with trusted service providers for hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, support, communications, and AI-assisted processing.

- Comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable government requests.

- Protect the rights, safety, and security of Multiplier, our users, or others.

- Complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect information using controls appropriate to the nature of the data.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Multiplier, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

Google user data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the authorized features, unless a longer retention period is required by law or requested by your organization. If your Google account is disconnected or your organization requests deletion, we will delete or de-identify Google user data within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, backup, and compliance requirements.

8. Your Choices and Controls

You may:

- Disconnect your Google account from Multiplier.

- Revoke Multiplier’s access to your Google account through your Google Account permissions page.

- Request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information, subject to applicable law and organizational account controls.

- Contact us with privacy questions or deletion requests.

9. Organization Accounts

If you use Multiplier through your employer or organization, your organization may control access to your account and the information processed through Multiplier. Your organization’s administrators may be able to access, manage, export, or delete information associated with your workspace.

10. Children’s Privacy

Multiplier is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
